• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Return/exchange must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
• In case of wrong item, size issue, or manufacturing defect, exchange is 100% free.

Pickup & Refund

• A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 2–3 days.
• Refund or replacement will be processed once the product is received and verified.
